One of the bouts on the fight card for UFC 112: Invincible on April 10, 2010 is Penn vs. Edgar.

B.J. Penn, also known as "The Prodigy", is coming off a win over Diego Sanchez in Memphis in UFC 107. B.J. Penn is 15-5 with 6 knockouts and 6 wins by submission.

Frank (or Frankie) Edgar is an impressive 11-1. His only loss was by decision to Gray Maynard in April on 2009.  Edgar pounded Matt Veach in December 2009 to collect his eleventh win of his young career.

Penn vs. Edgar has the potential to be the biggest battle on the UFC 112: Invincible fight card.  It’ll take place in Abu, Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This fight will be for the Lightweight Championship as Penn defends his crown. Who will win? The immovable object or the irresistible force?

Penn is known for making quick work of his opponents with TKO and KO's. Edgar tends to win by unanimous decision in the majority of his fight card events. Four of the last five wins for Edgar have been by 5 round decisions. So will it be staying power or quick hitting power that produces results in UFC 112?

Penn will be defending his lightweight title in the April 10 showdown and he will most likely be the favorite when odds are made for the UFC 112: Invincible fight card.

Penn has champion written all over him. He is only the second fighter to have crowns in two divisions. Penn also won the welterweight title in UFC 46. The guy is a winner and he's the only other fighter to claim two different division titles besides Randy Couture.

A win for Edgar would certainly put him on the map. Don't be surprised if Penn goes on the attack very early to avoid any 5 round potential decisions.
